Antiperspirants are not skin safe. Any product that prevents underarm sweat does so by blocking pores with ingredients like aluminum. These aluminum compounds may be absorbed by the skin and cause changes in estrogen receptors of breast cells, which can lead to breast cancer.
While clean deodorant isn’t an antiperspirant, they can keep you smelling fresh!
